Range time

Thanks for stopping by Funtactees.com.  Today had a great time on the range. My friend Joe and I were working on shooting drills with high heart rate. We used a kettlebell first, 25 double arm swings, draw from holster and hit steel target from 30 meters. Next we incorporated sprints to raise heart rate.  Upon hearing the shot timer tone sprint 10 meters to first barrel, draw from holster and take 4 shots on steel, then sprint 10 meters to next barrel for 4 more pistol shots on steel target, lastly a sprint back 15 meters to final station and pick up rifle for 4 shots on steel.
